Philadelphia Phillies Satellite Camp

Softball Breakout Sessions

An intense, high energy softball training session in a small group with our great instructors!

The sessions are offered:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-7pm
  • Saturdays and Sundays from 12-2pm
  • By special appointment

Four players in a workout with two ECBSA Softball Instructors for a one hour session.

  • Proper Throwing Mechanics
  • Windmill Pitching
  • Infield Defense
  • Outfield Defense
  • Speed and Agility
  • Conditioning
  • Base-Running
  • Catching
